2 Day Itinerary
Kingfisher Trail (Northern Loop)
Day One Enniskillen to Pettigo (64 miles)
The route starts from the tourist information centre in Enniskillen, care needs to be taken here leaving the town. After, the route then follows minor roads and passes the Florence Court House and the Marble Arch Caves. From Belcoo to Belleek there is a mixture of minor roads and stretches of busier roads, you will pass the towns of Garrison and Belleek. In Belleek, there is the famous Belleek Pottery factory, Ireland’s oldest china factory. From here, it is a further 21 mile journey to Pettigo.
Day Two Pettigo to Enniskillen (34 miles)
From Pettigo the route follows minor roads and passes the Drumskinny Stone Circles before reaching Kesh. From Kesh there are magnificent views along the route of Lough Erne and the route follows mainly minor roads to Enniskillen.
