Cycling with Public Transport

BEAT THIS! ...by using your bike for part your journey!

Mixing cycling with public transport helps cut travel costs and incorporates exercise into your commute without taking up too much time. This is also a great option for those who live too far from their place of work to cycle the whole journey.
Great news! All bicycles are carried free of charge on Translink buses and trains (including the ‘Enterprise’ service)!
If you want to use a combination of bicycle and bus or train for your commute, Translink offer cycle parking at many of their stations and can carry unlimited numbers of folding bicycles.
There is also space for 2 full-sized bicycles on the buses and 4 full-sized bicycles on the trains.
Conditions apply to this service– for more detailed information visit our train and bus pages or call 028 9066 6630 to request a ‘Bike It with Translink’ leaflet
