NEWRY CANAL - This route runs along the canal from Newry to Portadown, totaling 20 miles in lenght of flat, scenic path.LAGAN & LOUGH - This route also runs along side the canal from Lisburn to Belfast to Jordanstown, this route is 21 miles in lenght and is also flat.CRAIGAVON CYCLE TRAIL -This route is a 35 mile route cycle route through the borough of Coleraine linking inland waterways and picturesque villages.

BOROUGH OF COLERAINE - This 22 mile cycle route runs along the North Atlantic Coast from the Giant's Causeway via Coleraine to Castlerock.ECOS TRAIL - This map covers the 17 mile cycle route between Ballymena and Glenarm on the Antrim Coast.

Sperrins Cycle Routes

The Gold Cycle Route - A scenic cycle route with little traffic taking you through the ancient valleys and spirit lifting heights of the Sperrin Mountains.

The Sawel Cycle Route - Discover the very essence of a landscape millions of years in the making. Savour the magnificent heights of Sawel, the quiet solitude of Learmount or simply enjoy the wonderful views afforded by the Glenelly valley.

The Strule Valley Cycle Route - Explore the Strule valley and its hinterland on this route, which follows the National Cycle Network. Visit the attractive villages of Newtownstewart, Gortin, Plumbridge and Sion Mills.

The White Hare Cycle Route - A delightful cycle route, which passes by many of the archaeological features found in the area including Creggandevesky and Ogham Stone.

The Lough Fea Cycle Route - A delightful route taking in the archaeology of Beaghmore Stone Circles, the remote Glenelly Valley, charm of Lough Fea and the hustle and bustle of Cookstown.

The Derg Valley Cycle Route - An idyllic cycle along parts of the Strule and Derg valleys, affording magnificent views of both the Sperrins and Donegal mountain ranges.

The Banagher Cycle Route - A challenging cycle route around the Sperrins foothills passing through towns and villages, farmland and upland.

The Slieve Gallion Cycle Route - A challenging and very scenic route circumnavigating Slieve Gallion with spectacular views.

The Moyola Cycle Route - A gentle cycle along the flat leafy lanes between Tobermore and Maghera crisscrossing the Moyola River.

The Swatragh Cycle Route - Enjoy this route with impressive views of the Glenshane Pass snaking away in the distance and the ancient woodland and dolmen you pass along the way.

The Eagle's Glen Cycle Route - A very scenic cycle route through the ancient Errigal landscape, centred on the picturesque Glenullin Valley.

The Bann Valley Cycle Route - Enjoy the quiet country roads traversing the fertile landscape of the Bann Valley, with views towards the Bann corridor and beyond the Antrim Hills.
