Loughgall Country Park - Bridlepath
Loughgall Country Park is a mature parkland with areas of commercial conifer woodland, set in 188 hectares. There are 3 walking trails within the Park - Bridle, Orchard and Lakeside, all way marked on a mix of smooth tarmac and gravel surface forest tracks. The Lakeside Trail is unsuitable for bikes but the remaining 2 can be combined to form a fantastic 5 mile cycle route.

Follow the red triangles where the Bridle Trail cuts through the golf course and cross the 6th tee by the old Lime Kiln and enter the shade of the trees alongside the wall of the Drumilly Road. Remember the trail is used by horse riders, so be prepared to pull over and stop. Pedal back into mature woodland and follow the red triangles right through the trees.
This route can be merged with the Orchard Walk for a very enjoyable 5 mile cycle.
