This short family cycle ride starts at the main car park within Christie Park, located on the westen bank of the Lower Bann between the two road bridges in Coleraine town centre. Cyclists follow the riverside path in a southerly direction, passing under the Sandelford Bridge, and continuing south through Somerset Riverside Park, until reaching the end of the route at the public car park. At this point cyclists can turn and retrace their route back to the start, or enjoy a walk through Somerset Forest on the opposite side of the road.
